For more than 60 years, Gems has been making float switches and transmitters with reed tubes at their core because they are passive and cost effective. Gems XT-300 products are the reed tube as the core component, through the array arrangement to achieve 4mm resolution products, it is widely used in hydrogen forklift, commercial printing equipment and IVD equipment level measurement products.

But because of the different development time of transportation service between China and US, although our country comprehensively exceeded America on transportation limitation and relay point, there is still a gap of service quality, and barbaric sorting is seen everywhere, so dried reed products suffer much from it. In addition, in the production practice, it is hard to avoid the occurrence of product drops, which may have a direct impact on the performance of reed tube products, such as greater contact resistance. To address these concerns, Gems has developed the magnetic induction small continuous ball float level gauge XT-300C, which is based on tunnel reluctance (TMR). The product is an all-plastic component for use in corrosive environments and is ISO13485 certified for use in medical devices. In fact, Gems' float offerings have been serving the IVD industry for years.
